4: Register

Register:
Independent Study courses are non-term based correspondence courses. Please read "How it Works" (click on the link on the left navigation bar) to see how Independent Study courses are different from regular term-based courses.

Anyone may register for Independent Study courses. There are no admission or entrance requirements. You need only a desire to learn. Registration in specific courses may require prerequisite courses or experience. See course descriptions for specific requirements.

You can begin your course on the day you register.  Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Pacific Time, throughout the year except for national holidays.

Registration Options:

Fill in the registration form online for the type of course you are taking (effective July 1, 2008).

Print and fill out the registration form below for the type of course you are taking.  Be sure to sign and date the boxes that require signature.

Tuition:
High School courses: $120 per course and $25 nonrefundable registration fee.

Dual Credit College courses: $101 per credit and a non-refundable $25 per course registration fee.

Distance Learning Fee: $25 per course (not applicable effective July 1, 2008).

Paper Option Fee: $25 per course (applicable effective July 1, 2008).

Note: You must pay all tuition and fees at the time of registration.

We accept credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), checks, or money orders.
