What if I change my mind?
You can stop your course at any time without academic penalty. We do not report grades to your school unless you complete all of the coursework.
Transfers: When you get your course materials, look through them carefully to make sure this is the course you need and you are willing to do the required work. If it is not the course you want, you can transfer to another course for an additional fee of $20 within 30 days.
Withdrawals: If it is not the course you want and you don’t want to transfer to another course, you can withdraw from the course. No record will be sent to your school. A withdrawal form is available online.
Refunds: When you submit the withdrawal form, we will assess whether you are eligible receive a refund. If we receive your withdrawal form within 30 days of the date you registered, you will get a full tuition refund. If you formally withdraw 31-60 days from the date of registration, we will refund 75% of your tuition. A $20 fee for each lesson or exam mailed to the instructor will be deducted from all refunds. We will not refund any tuition after 60 days of the initial registration date. Refunds take four to six weeks to process. The $25 registration fee is non-refundable.
